As Brown walked away, the victim reportedly slapped the side mirror of Brown’s SUV, escalating the situation. Police said they detained Quenton Brown near US 95 and Decatur Boulevard shortly after the stabbing, though the weapon was not recovered. According to official documents, Brown had abrasions on his knees and was bleeding from the face at the time of his arrest. He reportedly told officers, without being prompted, that this was all over a door ding.
